It's the baby and there are multiple positions to help with delivery.


***Today I'll give you three positions that are helpful.***


1) Birthing Ball: During early labor, sitting on the birth ball with slow movements, can help the baby move into a favorable position and help the labor progress.

2) Double Hip Squeeze: Is a great position for mothers with back pain during and/or between contractions

3) Slow Dancing: One of the positions that can be used throughout the labor experience as it is helpful for back pain and distraction from contractions.
